SHIPPING POLICY -

 

A)  Noble 7 Publishing will arrange shipping of the product(s) to your address.  Title to the product(s) passes to you upon delivery to the carrier USPS, and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address.  USPS Tracking is applied to ALL orders.

 

B)  Orders will be processed and shipped within the following Monday or Friday depending on when received on a Business day.  We do not offer same day shipping.  If order is placed on the weekend it will be processed on Monday, provided product ordered is in stock.  

 

C)  Please allow up to one week or longer for orders to be received  Most products are shipped Media Mail.  However transit time is not guaranteed and Noble 7 Publishing is not responsible for any delays on part of USPS, so please order your product(s) in advance.

 

D)  Inspection of product upon receipt -  you must examine the product(s) when you receive them.  If any item or any part thereof is damaged or missing, you must notify Noble 7 Publishing customer support by contacting us on the website: www.buthisbooktoday.com  or by email: noble7publications@gmail.com  within 24 hours of receiving shipment so that we may investigate and issue a prompt Product Exchange. 

 

Items damaged in transit require a picture of the damage and sent to Noble 7 Publishing via email.  Email is the quickest way to reach us.  If you want a personal call, we will contact you within 24 hours of your request.  We will verify a time to chat convenient for you.

 

Noble 7 Publishing will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than seven (7) days from the date of delivery per USPS Tracking.

 

 

HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY

 

You can RETURN a product for up to (15) days from the date of purchase.  Any product you RETURN must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.  Please keep the receipt number.  Before returning please contact Noble 7 Publishing via this website contact tab or send email to:

Please specify whether this is a return or an exchange.

 

You are responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a defective product or product that was damaged during initial shipping to the you, the customer. 

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your Return or Exchange request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval of your refund or the re-issue of the product.
